POS software for a bridal shop

BrideALL is POS software built for bridal shops: in-store checkout, deposits at order, balances at delivery, a compliant cash register, 2026 electronic invoicing and stock updated automatically. From €119 per month per boutique, with a 30-day free trial.

In short

  • Compliant cash register: NF525 in France, VeriFactu in Spain, TSE in Germany.
  • Deposits, balances and instalment payments linked to the client's order.
  • Deposit and balance invoices generated automatically at every payment.
  • POS linked to stock: every sale updates the dress (available, reserved, sold).
  • 2026 electronic invoicing included. €119 per month per boutique, no commitment.

POS and compliance

Does a bridal shop need a certified cash register?

Yes. Anti-fraud VAT rules require VAT-registered retailers to use certified POS software in France (NF525) and a VeriFactu-compatible system in Spain; Germany requires TSE. BrideALL is NF525-certified, VeriFactu-compatible and TSE-compliant, with tamper-proof, archived and auditable till data.

Which POS software handles deposits and balances in a bridal shop?

BrideALL handles deposits and balances natively: the deposit is taken at order, the balance at delivery, and every payment is linked to the client's order. The POS generates the deposit invoice, then the balance invoice, with no re-entry.

Is the POS linked to shop stock?

Yes. Every payment automatically updates the status of the item sold — available, reserved or sold — as well as stock by size and by boutique. You avoid double entry between the till and the stock file.

Is the mandatory 2026 electronic invoicing handled?

Yes. BrideALL issues and receives invoices in the regulated format and follows the rollout of the 2026 electronic invoicing obligation for you. Compliance updates are included in the subscription.

The POS day to day

How do I take a deposit and then the balance on a dress?

Open the client file, select the order and take the deposit: the POS generates the deposit invoice and shows the outstanding balance. At delivery you take the balance in one gesture and the balance invoice is issued automatically.

Can a client pay in instalments?

Yes. One order can receive several payments on different dates. The payment history keeps each payment with its date, amount and remaining balance, which makes reminders and unpaid-balance tracking straightforward.

How do I track payments per client?

The payment history is available from the client file: deposit, intermediate payments and final balance, with the matching invoices. You always know what has been collected and what is still due.

Does the POS work on a tablet or phone in the shop?

Yes. The interface is optimised for phone and tablet, with no app to install: you take payments and check balances on the move, including in the fitting room.

Choosing your POS

Which POS software for a bridal shop in France, Spain and Germany?

BrideALL covers the requirements of all three markets: VeriFactu-compatible POS in Spain, NF525 certification in France and TSE in Germany, plus preparation for electronic invoicing. The interface, client reminders and support are available in English, French, Spanish and German.

How much does POS software for a bridal shop cost?

BrideALL costs €119 per month per boutique, with no commitment. From the 3rd boutique the price drops to €100 per month per additional boutique, and annual payment gives 2 months free (10 months billed out of 12).

Can I try the POS for free?

Yes. The trial lasts 30 days, with no credit card and no commitment. Our team can also give you a personalised 30-minute demo before the trial.

Can I migrate my till and data from another system?

Yes. Our team supports the recovery of your existing data — clients, stock, history and payments — and completes it in under 24 hours. You start with your history, not from scratch, and data export remains available at any time.
